Understandably, as we are new, we cannot provide proofs of legitimacy such as reviews due to our lack of any track record. In this case, we would require an advance payment of ₹200/-, with the remainder payable via COD. This approach ensures commitment from both parties, with the advance payment guaranteeing the transaction and the COD option providing reassurance.

Absolutely! We can always give it an attempt, but hey, not gonna lie, making handmade products within a short timeframe can be challenging. Having done this enough times, delays have happened. While delays are rare, we understand the sensitivity around occasions that involve such meaningful gifts. We will always be transparent with communications right from the beginning to set realistic expectations and ensure no last-minute surprises.
